What we do
We assess and reorganize records, improve shared drives, migrate information, implement approved retention policies, and document practices your team can maintain.
Learn moreGood evaluation starts before the data is collected, not after. We help you design measurement frameworks, develop survey instruments, and produce findings reports that give your board, funders, and partners a clear picture of the work.
Learn moreWe build reporting tools calibrated to how your staff actually works, and translate raw outputs into findings your leadership can act on.
Learn moreWho we are
Before Klaro, I spent ten years in direct social services — case management, crisis stabilization, outreach and engagement, and harm reduction counseling, across nonprofits, county government, community colleges, and private agencies. That breadth showed me what mission-driven organizations actually need from their data — and how rarely they have the infrastructure to get it.
I founded Klaro to close that gap. My approach starts with what your team already has and builds toward measurement, reporting, and data systems that hold up — analytically and under compliance review.
Let's talk
We work with a small number of organizations at a time. If you have a project in mind, reach out — a short conversation is usually enough to know whether it's a good fit. Based in Salinas, California; remote across the United States, with in-person meetings across Monterey and Santa Cruz counties.
