About

Rooted in the work.

Before Klaro, I spent ten years in direct social services — case management, crisis stabilization, outreach and engagement, and harm reduction counseling, across nonprofits, county government, community colleges, and private agencies. That breadth showed me what mission-driven organizations actually need from their data — and how rarely they have the infrastructure to get it.

I founded Klaro to close that gap. My approach starts with what your team already has and builds toward measurement, reporting, and data systems that hold up — analytically and under compliance review.

The organizations I work with serve people at inflection points: navigating housing instability, substance use, mental health crises, and systems that don't always move at the pace their needs demand. Getting the data right matters because what gets measured — and how — shapes what gets funded and what gets built.

How we work

Start with what you have

We learn your existing data before proposing structure. No off-the-shelf system, no unnecessary migration — just a clear picture of where you are and a path to where you need to be.

Build for your team

Reporting tools calibrated to how your staff works. Documentation your successors can follow. We build for the long run, not for the handoff.

Hold up under review

Every system we build accounts for funder requirements, compliance standards, and audit-readiness — before there is an audit.
